It is that time! Time for all to not only prepare your karts but to also get the big spoon out and show that your oven can do more then heat up a crankcase and wheels to get those bearings out/in!!!

AS in the past the club will provide buns and meat. This year the club will also provide all paper products. Another change is that we are asking that each person supply their own drinks.

Below is what we are asking you to prepare for the masses:
DESSERT
Kid Karts, Rookie Box, and SuperCan
SALADS
Jr. Yamaha, Briggs Animal, Spec 100
SIDE DISH
Jr. Briggs, Sportsman Yamaha, Shifters and TAG

In typical trtadition we will have fun and games Including:
Powder Puff Race on the Rental Karts ($10 entry ... winner gets Charles Penzone Gift Card!!!)
Tire Changing Contest
Get Dressed Quick Contest (safety gear)
Kart Stand Races
Hide and seek
Movie
Tire Toss

Hope to see you all there!! Remember it is a Saturday Race on a Sunday Schedule.

The Hog Roast is after the races... Right??? Because if you have the Super Can guys bringing the deserts there are a few guys that may not fit in their karts seats if we eat first.

Anyone going to guess what Frank Applegate will bring for desert?

Those Davis Brothers will probably bring ice cream and let it sit in the trailer all day.

Keith Hume will bring a 3 layer cake with a picture of himself or a #17 on it. 8-)

The Clarks will bring kart parts cut into small desert size pieces. They should have enough to feed Pickaway county.

I hope I can talk Austin Queens mom into making those rice crispy things she brought to CPGP.

Zues and Rich.... a 12 pack does not count as desert!!!!

Damn Bob, how do you know us so well? :?: That was spot on for everybody. Were you playing with those tera cards again? :?: Does those cards say anything about me finishing in front of you again?  I like to know so I can wear my best smile. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

I just hope the Clarks make it this race, last race just wasn't any fun without them out there. Can you picture JL racing with all those OVKA guys,  he would have thrown them all out of race just for getting in his way,   or passing him (that was probably the right phrase to use)

Hope to see everyone in every class racing this next weekend.

bob,

don't talk about driving skirts. you need to have one on for the hog roast, since you got beat by a Frank "The Krispy Kreme Killa" Applegate. how lame is that?

well fellas, if i can get a hall pass from the boss lady. maybe i can take my skirt off and play for the weekend.

Matt is that kart still available?

later

Ryan, Its almost ready. I'm waiting on my Dad to bring me the steering shaft that he sent to get straightened. Dad drove the Beisse in the light class at Commercial Point, and managed to drive it in the bails. We will have it ready for you at the race.

Hey man my seat and seat strut broke with 3 laps to go. I think Frank (OSP Pig) sat in my kart before the race when I was not looking. He must have stretched it out or something.

Good luck getting that hall pass. You want me to call her to see if I can help? :?:  I hope you get that driving skirt taken in a little before Butch sells those Joanne Fabric tables. Make sure you bring a desert for the Hog Roast. Looks like we have everything covered except for the Fruit Cake. I can't think of a better desert for you to bring. ;)

Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Actually I was thinking about wearing my Madonna outfit, and singing “Like a Virgin” all the way around……it makes me feel so pretty. Maybe Steve can bring out a two seater and you can ride with me. :P

I don’t think the seat strut was the problem…..It was the loose nut behind the wheel.

To the Queen of MSOKC spell checking.... that was good. Especially so early in the morning. I guess I will have to tighten the loose nut behind the wheel, while I ride around the track listening to some guy singing Madona feeling good about himself and pull in after the race to park at the Mojave Desert while I sit there and eat my roasted peanuts with the "Whine".

Let the Hog Roast begin!!!!

Bob,

You'll never misspell dessert again if you remember this:

You'd rather have two desserts than one desert.
