Kartworks will again be holding a seminar series this spring to help get everyone ready for the new season.
Here are the dates and subjects of each seminar

Jan 24th -Preparing a kart for the season.
Everything from safety tech, proper maintenance, brake bleeding, bearing inspection and replacement, alignment and scaling.

Feb 21st Engine prep for the season.
2 cycle Guest Speaker Bill Willis of Powersports.
How to rebuild the carb, clean the piston, explanation of what goes in 2 Cycle Tech.
4 cycle Guest Speaker TBD
Basic Maintenance, How to rebuild the carb, explanation of what goes on in 4 cycle tech

Mar 21st Chassis tuning for better handling plus Using Data Acquisition.
Chassis theory, explanation of understeer / oversteer and how to tune accordingly. Explanation of the line at CRP. Using data aquisition to go faster.

The seminar series is FREE to everyone that has paid their 2009 MSOKC membership dues. All others will be charged $30 at the door. 2009 MSOKC memberships will be available at the door.
The seminar will take place at the Comfort Inn in Circleville from 9am – Noon.

Mike I think this a great thing that you do for your club by putting this kart seminar for free, i have heard very good things about it.

Not many do what you do for free that is.. and even your price for non-club members is very very fair.

I just wanted to post a outsiders view.
