I thought that I would put a post up here about who liked and who disliked the F-1 start this past Sunday. Please be honest know feelings will be hurt.
Personally I liked the start (not because I am the one who thought of it ) but because it was a good change of pace. Another reason is I liked not having somebody smash me in the rear from the start of turn ten all the way to turn two. Also it might be just me but I felt somewhat safer. All in all I think it was a great day for everybody and it was a nice change of pace. If we have the chance I personally would like to do this kind of start again this year.

I have to admit when this format was first presented, I contemplated not participating in the event. It had the makings of a crash fest at the start of the race. But after participating in the event, I must admit that I was wrong.

As the Senior Clark has stated, the start was more controlled and entering the first corner was much safer, no banging or pushing. In fact the whole event was safer and provided for better racing. I recommend the board consider implementing these type starts going forward. Kudos to whoever proposed trying this at Circleville.
