Our (Angel's) first DNF (Black flag for knocked off front nose) came in 2006 at New Castle. Lost both clamps that hold it on ($32.00 a pair).

Simple cheap fix that has not failed since.
4 plastic zip ties and 2 hose clamps.

Put a zip tie around clamp to chassis metal bumper (Keep from loosing clamp), and another one around clamp down lever (to keep it from un-clamping).
Put 2 hose clamps around top & bottom of metal bumper loops.

DNF for rear bumper coming loose or falling off ?

Safety Wire and or 1/4" Wide Zip Tie the bumper bracket to the chassis frame then double nut, and 1/4" wide zip tie around plastic bumper to bracket.

I've seen a lot of people zip tie their fuel line, throttle cable and wire harness (temp guage wire or wire harness for Tag engines) around the main chassis frame rails.

This is a big No No.

If you run off track, those zip ties will rip or pinch off your fuel line, snap or make your throttle cable stick wide open or destroy your $350.00 Tag engine wire harness.

Find another location or make them shorter.

I think the hose clamps would take all the flex out of the front bumper affecting the handling. the bumper acts like a torsion bar. Run it tight to stiffen the front end, or run it loose to give it more flex. Just my .02 cents,(.25 cents Canadian)

Very True, And we have tested with the 3 front bars for the Kosmic (and no bar). Angel likes the front end as responsive as we can get it.
