Post Floor Pan Bolts
Tired of loosing your floor pan bolts ???

Most chassis's have 6 floor pan bolts, 2 in the front, 2 at the waist, and 2 in the back at the front of the seat. Most of the time the first bolts to come loose and fall off on your chassis are the ones at the waist of the floor pan. These waist bolts are also kept loose for tuning purposes.

Replace those stock bolts & nuts with New 1/4"X 28 thread bolts (fine thread) and new Nylock nuts.

Problem solved ;)

What I do is use the same size bolts(3/16") in the center, but drill a 1/4" hole and use rubber washers. If I feel the need to stiffen up the waist of the chassis, I'll put in the 1/4" bolts to stiffen it up.
