Meeting held at China Bell restaurant on July 20.
Only President/Secretary/Treasurer/Points Chairman Bill Davis and VicePresident/Treasurer Butch McCall attended.

Major issues discussed:
1. Steve Schobert submitted resignation due to personal reasons. Accepted.
2. Butch has had to remove himself from the Toughman Commitee.
3. Other relevant issues were discussed but since there was not enough attendance for a quorum, no business could be conducted.
4. Meeting adjourned
